Privacy Policy

Website messages

The website contact form displays fields for your name, email address, subject, and message; the message field is labelled optional. You can also contact us at [email protected].

Include only the information needed to explain your website question. For an article correction, provide the page address and relevant passage. For a display problem, describe what happened and your browser or device type. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical records, identity documents, or another person’s private information.

Contact messages are received in Helen Butler’s email inbox. Only Helen has access to those messages, and they are deleted within one month. We do not keep an additional copy of contact messages in WordPress or another service.

A website inquiry is different from a reading-provider support request. For a booking, payment, refund, or account question, use the contact details supplied by the provider in your booking confirmation or account.

Comments and registered accounts

For comments and registered accounts, we store the name, email address and username you provide. These records are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. To ask us to delete a comment or account and its associated information, email [email protected] and identify the comment or username. Do not send your password.

Comments and account information are stored in the website’s WordPress system. Published comments and display names can be visible to other visitors; do not put private information in comment text.

We do not use a spam-checking service for comments. Avoid putting private or sensitive information in a comment.

Technical information and cookies

Your browser sends technical information when it requests website pages and third-party resources. Website sign-in and comment features may use cookies. Browser controls let you review or clear stored site data; disabling cookies can affect interactive features.

Website analytics and advertising

We use Google services to understand website traffic and display Google AdSense ads, which generate advertising revenue. Google explains its handling of information from websites using its services in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Google explains that sites using its analytics or advertising services share information with Google, such as the page address and IP address, and that cookies may be used. Its explanation describes Google services generally, not which optional features are enabled on this website. You can review Google’s ad settings to manage ad personalization.

Links and reading providers

PsychicReading.us is not the provider of your reading. We also have affiliate relationships and may earn commissions from third-party reading services. Advertising and linked third-party services are separate from this website. See the Affiliate Disclosure for information about the website’s commercial relationship.

Before creating a provider account, booking a session, entering payment information, or agreeing to a recording, read that provider’s privacy notice and relevant terms. Look for who receives the information, how long it is kept, whether a session is recorded, and how to raise a privacy question. Ask the provider directly if a point is unclear; a listing on this website is not a privacy or security guarantee.

Practical choices before you share

• Keep website messages focused on the question rather than a detailed personal history.
• Do not include another person’s private messages or identifying details without considering their privacy.
• Use your browser’s settings to review or clear stored site data and manage permissions. Browser controls are not a substitute for checking a service’s own privacy notice.
• Review the recipient and website address before sending information or following a booking link.

Privacy questions

For a question about PsychicReading.us, email [email protected] or visit the contact page. Use “Privacy question” or “Privacy request” as the subject and describe the website interaction you are asking about without attaching sensitive documents in your first message.
